Procedure to uninstalling the Enhanced DFlex Win95 Driver/Blue Heat PCI Driver.

Remove the following files from C:\WINDOWS\INF

  • CTI_DF.INF
  • CTIPORTS.INF
  • CTI_BH.INF
  • CITBHP.INF

Delete any oemX.inf files which contain references to

;** File: ctiports.inf

from the c:\windows\inf directory.

  • To accomplish this choose FIND in the START Menu. Enter oem in the NAMED: edit box.
  • Choose the ADVANCED tab and enter Connect Tech in the CONTAING TEXT: edit box.
  • Click ok. Any file cann be opened using Notepad just by double clicking the entry.

Remove from c:\windows\system

  • CTISER.VXD
  • CTISERUI.DLL

Now the Enhanced DFlex Serial Driver/Blue Heat PCI Driver should be removed from the Win 95 system.

To verify this, you should not see an Enhanced Tab in the Start → Settings → Control Panel → System → Device Manager → Ports → Properties section.
