
The Sales Operation Manager is responsible for optimizing and overseeing the sales processes to enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and support the sales team in achieving their goals. This role involves: customer service, quoting and order management, data analysis, process improvement, CRM and MRP management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations in our fast-paced computer hardware manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers and address inquiries efficiently
- Oversee and manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and analytics to support sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Support forecasting, sales planning, and performance tracking to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and provide insights to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in contract management, order processing, and coordination with manufacturing teams to meet customer demands.
- Lead initiatives for process automation and technology enhancements in sales operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred; however, relevant experience in sales operations will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role, preferably in computer hardware manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in CRM and MRP systems (Salesforce, MS Business Central, HubSpot, or similar) and sales analytics tools.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage cross-functional projects.
- Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset.
- Knowledge of computer hardware manufacturing industry trends and sales strategies is a plus.
