Guelph, ON, Canada, October 7, 2026 — Connect Tech (CTI) is expanding its EdgeAI Stack across both vision and software support, giving customers more flexibility when building camera-based Edge AI systems.
On the vision side, Connect Tech’s JCB003 SDI Vision Platform, JCB010 HDMI Camera Platform, JCB009 GMSL3 Camera Platform, and JCB022 GMSL2 Plus Camera Platform extend camera connectivity across compatible Rogue, Gauntlet, and Anvil-T5 systems, with support for camera and sensor partners including StereoLabs, D3 Embedded, Allied Vision, Sony, Leopard Imaging, and e-con Systems.
On the software side, Connect Tech’s latest Board Support Packages (BSPs) add JetPack™ 7.2 support for the NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ family and continue to broaden camera configurations across supported platforms.
The expanded support gives customers greater flexibility when configuring vision-based Edge AI systems across compatible Connect Tech products, including the Rogue, Gauntlet, and Anvil product families. Rather than being limited to a single camera vendor or sensor configuration, customers can select from supported cameras based on the requirements of their application.
Connect Tech is highlighting its growing camera ecosystem this week at VISION 2026 in Stuttgart, Germany, where Connect Tech and CTai LABS are demonstrating machine vision and Physical AI technologies at Stand 8C24.
“Our technology partnerships are central to how we deliver value to customers,” said Rob Callaghan, P.Eng., Chief Product Officer at Connect Tech. “By working closely with our camera and sensor partners to enable their technologies across our platforms, we give customers more validated options and a clear path to integration, backed by Connect Tech support and warranty coverage. Our focus is turning partner capability into solutions customers can confidently deploy.”
Greater Camera Choice Across Connect Tech Platforms
Dedicated camera expansion boards broaden camera connectivity across compatible Connect Tech NVIDIA Jetson systems, including the Rogue and Gauntlet product families.
The JCB003 SDI Vision Platform supports SDI video input for compatible NVIDIA Jetson systems, providing a direct path for integrating SDI cameras into Edge AI and vision applications.
The JCB010 HDMI Camera Platform supports HDMI video input for compatible NVIDIA Jetson systems, expanding camera and video-source options for vision applications.
The JCB009 GMSL3 Camera Platform supports up to eight GMSL3 or GMSL2 camera inputs, allowing customers to adopt newer GMSL3 camera technology while retaining compatibility with supported GMSL2 configurations.
The JCB022 GMSL2 Plus Camera Platform supports up to eight GMSL2 camera inputs and adds capabilities for production vision systems, including software-configurable operation, Power over Coax, and system monitoring.
Together, the platforms provide a common approach to camera expansion across compatible Connect Tech systems, allowing camera selection to be driven by requirements such as sensor, resolution, form factor, interface, and operating environment.
A Growing Camera Partner Ecosystem
Connect Tech continues to add supported camera configurations through its Board Support Packages. Connect Tech’s supported camera ecosystem already includes partners such as StereoLabs, Allied Vision, Sony, D3 Embedded, Leopard Imaging, and e-con Systems, with support continuing to expand through ongoing BSP development.
Support is managed through Connect Tech BSP releases, providing customers with documented combinations of JetPack versions, Connect Tech platforms, camera adapters, and supported camera models.
JetPack 7.2 Support
The latest Connect Tech Board Support Packages add JetPack 7.2 support across compatible NVIDIA Jetson platforms and Connect Tech carrier boards while continuing to expand support for SDI, HDMI, GMSL3 and GMSL2 camera configurations.
Customers can use Connect Tech’s BSP release notes to identify currently supported combinations of platforms, camera adapters, camera models, and JetPack versions as new configurations are added.
Expanded Warranty Coverage
Connect Tech has also expanded warranty coverage across qualifying products, extending its limited product warranty to two years for eligible products purchased after August 1, 2026. The change provides customers with added assurance as they move from development into deployment and long-term production.
